الإسـلام سـلام فينــا يــزرع فينـــا حـب النــاس

الإسـلام سفيـنة حـب يدفعهـا أجـمل إحسـاس

ما أحلى الدنيا لو عشنا و جعلنا الإسلام أساس

In 5 Hours!

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

On my counter...5 hours to Ramadan =)
They're actually less...If it will be tomorrow insha'Allah (let's all hope so) then there will be Tarawih today which will make them less :) I just can't wait :)

Imagining that ALL the Heaven doors' will be open...and ALL Hell doors' will be closed...Imagining that there will only be Angels around... :)))) How GREAT and Peaceful :)))

Subhaan Allah it's only 1 Month in the year...The Nobel companions used to pray 6 months that Allah makes them reach it...and the other 6 that Allah accept their work in it :)

اللهمّ بلغنا إياه...و اجعلنا من عتاقئك فيه في أول ليلة 

Happy Ramadan Everyone..Remember It's only 1 Month and it may be our last, so let it be the Best!

Last Midterms!

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

I decided to keep track of every single moment that is left in college
"The Last midterms EVER" thought, has made it quite clear for me that I love FCIS & that I'll certainly miss looots of stuff when I graduate insha'Allah.

It has been 3 days now (3rd day in midterms week) & I actually feel nothing..not a single different feeling.
but the fact that i know that those moments won't EVER come again, is what makes them special.
Here are some snippets of each exam I had & 2 lessons learned (not necessarily from the exam).

First Exam
As usual I was late in the morning...I wake up early, but I have too many morning activities.
I didn't read/hear about most of the subject; as i skipped some sessions & it didn't feel like studying!
Anywayz I tried to do my best in the time I had & El7amdulellah the exam went fine :)

2 lessons:

• "You can't go back and make a new start, but you can start now & make a new end" [persistence]
• "وَعَلَى اللَّـهِ فَتَوَكَّلُوا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ"

Second Exam

 I studied online wiz my friends till 2:30am & woke up @ 5:00am. I had a good feeling about the subject & -not as usual- I finished studying b4 the exam starts :D (Y)


2 lessons:

• Studying wiz my friends is Fun 
• Even an exam could be enjoyed :D [if you wanna do it, do it wiz a style B-)]

Third Exam
I think they should call the subject Automata. Same old machines.

2 lessons:

• Sometimes we need to write fast in order to have enough time to think :D
• Documenting doesn't necessarily be text [A picture worth 1000 words]

Fourth Exam

I arrived 30mins late & the doctor told me that I'll have no extra time (her right :))..Thanks to Allah I managed to finish & handed my paper 3 mins before the time ends :)

2 lessons:

• "Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can."
• Re-reading the Questions will most probably Help :D

Fifth Exam

I was super tired this night so I slept & woke up the next day...I always found that studying after fajr is the Best timing ever. I started reading from the book & the time was more than enough (we took few sections)

I wrote this on my room's wall b4 going to the exam

The main problem I had was writing my answers in the exam, but the day went on & the last midterm EVER was over!!

Still can't believe that I'm going through these moments..

Since this was our last exam, we decided to celebrate :D...we had looooooots of fun and the day was really nice.. :)

The one thing i'm looking forward to now -by finishing college- is having a healthy life :D

Seek Refuge with ALLAH from Satan

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

From things I've learned in life, that Satan "الشيطان" doesn't try to tempt those who are already doing sins. They aren't his target. They're already into sins, so why bother?!

He'd rather stay at the mosque's door trying to do anything with those who have just finished their prayers.

This is not good, however we've learned from Qur'an that Satan is weak! and he can't control us!

( إن عبادي ليس لك عليهم سلطان إلا من إتبعك من الغاوين ) [الحجر 43]

(إِنَّ كَيْدَ الشَّيْطَانِ كَانَ ضَعِيفاً) [النساء:76]

Old info...I know...

So why am I saying this??

It's because in every good thing we do....in every happy moment...in every peaceful moment

Satan tries to ruin it...and we -MUSLIMS- shouldn't allow him to!

We know from our prophet's sayings (peace be upon him) that those who love each other for Allah will be in HIS Shadow in the Day of Resurrection.

رجلان تحابا في الله اجتمعا عليه و تفرقا عليه

This is one good thing that we try to do and Satan tries to ruin it for us.

He doesn't want us to be Happy...and he doesn't want us to enter The Heaven.

There are two messages here:

1. Whenever you're doing something good/happy.... start with seeking refuge with Allah from Satan. (أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم)
2. If things went wrong...and you became angry...Remember our prophet's advice (peace be upon him). Perform the ritual ablution (توضأ)

إن الغضب من الشيطان وإن الشيطان خلق من النار وإنما تطفأ النار بالماء فإذا غضب فليتوضأ

خلاصة حكم المحدث: [لا ينزل عن درجة الحسن وقد يكون على شرط الصحيحين أو أحدهما]

(فإذا قرأت القرآن فاستعذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم) سورة النحل 98

Allah taught us to seek refuge when reading qur'an...so What about all the other things we do in life??
